Eagles must work harder, says Musa
Nigeria international Ahmed Musa has disclosed that hardwork is the surest bet for the Super Eagles to go farther at the 2014 Fifa World Cup.

Stephen Keshi's side secured a round of 16 ticket despite bowing 3-2 to Argentina on Wednesday with Musa getting Nigeria's goals.

The CSKA Moscow player said his side was unlucky because they came to the game with the intention of beating the South Americans.

"We were hoping to win the game but we tried our best though couldn't requalize for 3-3," Musa said on SuperSport.

"Well that is football for you. The most important thing was that we qualified for the second round which is a great achievement for us."

He also expressed his delight scoring against Lionel Messi's team while insisting the team must work very hard to reach the last eight of the competitition.

"I'm very happy to score today. And delighted scoring against Argentina and Lionel Messi."

"We have to work more hard, it will not be easy. In the first half they (Argentina) had a lot of opportunity in the middle. So we need to work more on that in the second round," he concluded.

Nigeria will face France in the round of 16 of the 2014 Fifa World Cup. That will be the first time both teams will be meeting in the history of the competition.
